The People of Promyse

Our Caregivers, Nurses & PSWs

We know that inviting a caregiver into your home is a significant step, and it’s natural to have questions. Many families are experiencing this for the first time. Our most important goal is to preserve your independence and provide peace of mind—for you and your family. We carefully match you with a compassionate professional who provides not just expert care, but genuine companionship, allowing you to continue living life on your own terms, safely and comfortably at home. Think of us as a dedicated partner, here to ensure your well-being and peace of mind every step of the way.

Our compassionate team is here  to find solutions to help your loved one live happily at home.

Always Here for You and Your Loved Ones

To help alleviate any anxieties that arise, a senior care manager will accompany the staff member to introduce them to your loved one at the beginning of service. This care manager will also check in at regular intervals to ensure that the caregiver-client relationship is positive and comfortable.

Each of our caregivers is thoroughly screened and must pass background and reference checks. For everyone’s protection, our caregivers are bonded and insured as well as covered by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). Our caregivers are interviewed and carefully screened, then receive a thorough introduction to our company’s policies and approach to care.

Our employees feel valued, respected, and supported in their work. Our caregivers feel a sense of purpose and satisfaction and are inspired to work together to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

At Promyse, our Nurse Case Managers will meet with you and your loved ones to determine initial needs and supports. Services provided by our Nurse Case Managers are at no additional charge.

We will always be there for you as time goes on and as needs change. We will work with you and with your loved ones to make short-term and long-term care management plans for their in-home care needs.
