What's the difference between a PSW/caregiver and a nurse?

Can Promyse coordinate care with my parent's doctor or hospital?
Yes. Promyse Home Care’s Nurse Case Management team can help coordinate a client’s care with physicians, hospitals and other healthcare providers. Our Nurse Case Management team acts as a central point of contact to bridge communication gaps and integrate medical treatments with daily in-home support.Â
Does Promyse provide overnight or 24-hour home care?
Yes, we do! Our overnight caregivers provide toileting assistance, falls prevention, and gentle support to help your loved one stay safe and comfortable throughout the night. For those with dementia, nighttime confusion can sometimes lead to wandering or increased risk of injury, so overnight care can be a helpful option.
