Can Promyse coordinate care with my parent's doctor or hospital?
Yes. Promyse Home Care’s Nurse Case Management team can help coordinate a client’s care with physicians, hospitals and other healthcare providers. Our Nurse Case Management team acts as a central point of contact to bridge communication gaps and integrate medical treatments with daily in-home support.Â
Does Promyse provide overnight or 24-hour home care?
Yes, we do! Our overnight caregivers provide toileting assistance, falls prevention, and gentle support to help your loved one stay safe and comfortable throughout the night.
